★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기본도 안되는 커스터머 서비스 퀄리티, 바쁜 스케쥴과 일에 치여서 디테일은 전혀 챙기지 못하는 ‘프리미엄’ 샵 입니다. 예약 전화 할때마다 제가 이야기한 직원분은 힘든 기색위에 애써 친절한척 포장 하시는 목소리로 응대하기 바쁘십니다. 손님이 많아서 직원분들 및 스타일리스트 선생님들이 디테일은 신경 쓰지 못할 정도로 정신 없고 애써 포장 된 서비스를 제공 하기 바쁘면 그건 관리자분이나 사장님의 능력 문제겠지요.
직원분들 및 스타일리스트 분들은 부단히 애쓰시는게 보입니다. 제가 방문 할때마다 느낀 불만은 매장 관리자 분의 능력 부족 탓인 부분이라 생각 합니다. 매니지먼트 프로세스를 다시 잘 점검 해 보시기 바랍니다.
It is a 'premium' shop that does not have any basic customer service quality, busy schedules and details that you can not get any details. Every time I make a reservation call, the staff I talk to is busy with a vigorous voice in a friendly manner. If you have a lot of customers and staff and stylist teachers are so busy with the details that you do not care about detail, you will have the ability of your manager or your boss.
Staff members and stylists seem to be constantly trying. I feel that the complaints I feel when I visit are the lack of ability of the store manager. Please check the management process again.
