Requested a refund 2 days after sending a 400,000 won deposit due to new COVID restrictions and quarantine requirements, but they avoid your calls/messages to eventually say that they cannot issue the refund, without a valid explanation/reason! I can't believe a business like this exists in Korea. After searching around, I found that there are other people who are in a similar situation as us, who are also victims of Palmtour. Do NOT book with Palmtour or you'll lose your money as well as your valuable time.
