★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주차장소가 없어서 불편하나 괜찮은편..타 매장 대비 새우버거는 확실히 맛이 없음. 소스가 너무 부족함.
 There is no parking lot, but it's uncomfortable .. Shrimp Burger is definitely not good compared to other stores. Too little source.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원들이 완전 불친절하고 양도 다른곳보다 소스같은것이 볼품없습니다.직원이 아주 불친절한데 직원이 교체되지도않고 계속 같아서 지금 안가고있는중입니다.
The staff are completely unfriendly and the amount of sauce is not more desirable than other places. The staff is very unfriendly, but the staff has not been replaced and I am not going right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 별하나도 안주고 싶은데 그게 안되서 하나는 억지로 준다는거~일하는 직원들이 불친절하구요~홈서비스 시켜 먹었는데요 예전에 메뉴가 바뀌었다고 하면서 아주 기분 나빴구요~같은 롯데리아 인데도 새우버거는 정말 맛없어요 소스도 별로고 야채도 너무 없어요 여러가지 시키면 별로라는거 알지만 속는 셈치고 시켰는데 역시나 였죠....다시는 안먹을 거에요 롯데리아 햄버거~~정확히 말하면 팔용동 롯데리아 햄버거.........홈서비스 시키면서 혹시나 했던 맘이 역시나로 바뀐건 주문하는 과정에서 서로 실수가 있었는데요...햄버거가 잘못 배달되어 왔다고 전활했어요..계속 얘길해도 서로 입장만 얘길하다보니 시간만 길어지고 그러다가 언성이 높아졌어요 그쪽에선 햄버거를 다시 만들어주겠다며 얘길하면서 앞으로 우리를 블랙리스트 손님으로 올려도 되겠냐고 하더라구요..넘 기가찼어요...나참 그말을 듣는데 슬펐어요 어이가 없어서 말도 안나왔죠..................그런 생각을 가지고 있는 곳에서 내가 지금까지 햄버거를 사먹었다고.....치가 떨리는 곳이에요
I didn't want to give it a star, but I was forced to give one. The working staff were unkind ~ I ate home service, and I had a bad feeling that the menu was changed in the past. It's not too much I know it's not good if you do a lot of things, but I've been tricked into it .. I'm not going to eat it again. Lotteria Hamburger ~~ To be precise, Lotteria Hamburger ......... What changed was a mistake in the process of ordering ... We uttered that the burger has been delivered incorrectly ... Even if we continue to talk to each other to talk to each other only longer time, and then the voice was higher and they said they would make the hamburger again. As we move forward as blacklisted guests I was really overwhelmed ... I was sad to hear that, so I didn't say anything because I was crazy. I ate a hamburger until the teeth tremble.
