메밀함량이 적은거같아요 육수 고기향이 너무진해요 보통평양냉면 심심한맛으로먹는데 매냐층들에게는 비추 매운비빔은 먹을만합니다

오래된 집인데.. 최근에 알게되어 가게 됨. 녹두전이 특히 맛있는 집. 기름에 튀기듯 바삭하게 구워냈는데 먹어봄 기름기지 않고 겉바속촉. 냉면의 면 양이 많다. 면보단 국물 성애자라.. 살얼음 동동이었음 .. 살짝 아쉽.

예전에 수원 살때 혼자서 1주일에 2~3번은 무조건 갔던 나의 단골집.. 정성이 느껴지는 중독성 강한 육수 ㅠㅠ 지금은 해외에서 거주중이라 몇년째 사진으로 보면서 대리만족 중.ㅠㅠ 진짜 한국가면 제일 먼저 달려가고 싶은 식당!! 이 집 냉면 진짜 제일 먹고싶당?

I can feel the sincerity in the strong and addictive broth ㅠㅠ I am living abroad now, so I looked at the photos for several years. Satisfied with the surrogate. 양념장 없어서 아이들 잘먹었고 일반면이 아니라 메밀면이라서 질기지도 않네요~ 주차는 유료주차장을 이용해야해요~ 화장실 내부에있어요~

곰탕은 설렁탕에 가까운 그런맛이었다 진한사골육수.. 물막국수 육수가 고개를 갸웃하게 만든다 은은한 양지육수와 약하게섞은 동치미육수..그리고 메밀삶은 물을 섞은듯한~~ ㅎㅎㅎ돌파리 미식가의 진단이다 다시가서 비빔도 먹고싶다
The gomtang tasted like seolleongtang. Thick beef bone broth.. Mulmakguksu broth makes you tilt your head Dongchimi broth mixed with mild brisket broth..and buckwheat boiled water~~ Hahaha This is a gourmet diagnosis I want to go back and try the bibim.

냉면 면은 메밀로 만들어져 있어 가위 없이 잘 끊기고 육수도 슴슴하니 맛있음. 비빔냉면은 매콤하면서 감칠맛이 남. 녹두전도 아주 맛있음. 주차장은 맞은편을 이용해야하고 개인 부담. 음식 현금결제시 주차비 30분 지원(30분에 1,500원;;;)

"NAENG-MEN" this noodle made from buckwheat. similar food to "soba" in japan, but this originated from north korea. somebody call this "kim jong un soba" north korean naeng-men have 2 type, western province and eastern province style. This restaurant is west side recipe from "pyeong-yang" (the capital of N. Korea) the broth is plain, genuine, authentic flavor. (East side style is usually spicy dry noodle or with dried fish meat topping) One of best naeng-men exclusive restaurant in suwon city, maybe. Price ₩12000, a little bit expensive, but it worthy enough ?
