I honestly don’t know what “the hype” is ?
I ordered the chips, carpaccio, ragu with truffles and sous vide pork.
They are all extremely seasoned so at the end of the meal your mouth is overwhelmed with grease, salt and pepper.
But if you like that kinda food this is the place for you! Ahaha
BUT the wine the person recommended was quite refreshing. That’s why I’m giving this place a 3 star Ahahaha

The truffle and potato esfuma was just okay, and uni pasta was actually pretty disappointing, but otherwise great flavors, pasta cooked perfectly, and attentive service. Loved the molten chocolate dessert, although some said it was too salty. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu.
