I didn't go to the Culture and Arts Center, parked there, and walked all the way through Osancheon. The cherry blossom path is so pretty. This is a place I definitely want to come back to during the cherry blossom season.

I went to the entrance to the small concert hall, took body temperature and QR checks due to the spread of Coronavirus, and then watched a concert at the large concert hall. The concert hall was not large, but it was nice to see the stage well.
