★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예전에 소유해서 주거까지 해본곳닙니다. 사기꾼들 밀집소입니다.싼맛에 매입해서 임대 놓으실 생각이시면 비추천 입니다. 관리비 비싸고 아직도 중앙난방에 건물관련 잡음이 끊이지 않는 곳 입니다. 잽싸게 손절하지 못한것이 아직도 천추의 한입니다.
I have never owned a place before and even lived there. It is a densely populated place of scammers. It is not recommended if you are thinking of buying and renting at a cheap price. It is a place where the maintenance cost is high and the noise related to the building still persists from the central heating. Not being able to stop quickly is still one of the best things about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 교통도 좋고 주변 식당가도 좋습니다. 주차장 설비 새로 했다하여서 기대했는데 여전히 좁네요. 월 5만 주차인데 세울곳이 여전히 없습니다. 대중교통은 아주 편하네요. 지하철, 버스 다 좋네요.
The transportation is good and the nearby restaurants are also good. I was expecting a new parking facility, but it's still narrow. It's 50,000 parking a month and there's still no place to build it. Public transport is very convenient. Subway and bus are all good.
