★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여태껏 제가 다녀본 병원 중에 가장 불친절한 병원이었습니다.
사전에 통화할 때도 옆 사람과 잡담하며 전화 받느라 두 번씩 묻더니,, 결국 병원에 가서 똑같은 검사를 두 번 하게 만드네요. 그에 대해서 접수 받았던 간호사분께 불만을 토로했더니 자기들이 하루에 얼마나 많은 환자를 상대하는지 아냐면서 정확히 얘기 안 한 환자 본인의 잘못이라고 되려 큰소리치더군요. 근데 전 분명 전화상으로 목적을 말했고 접수처에서도 당연히 방문 목적을 말했습니다. 접수처에서 제가 말을 다 하기도 전에 아 그거 하면서 위층으로 올라가 보라고 했던 건 간호사분이었죠.
결국 저는 똑같은 검사 두 번 받느라 돈과 시간만 두 배로 들었습니다. 오류동 코스모내과의원 정말 어이없네요.
It was the most unfriendly hospital I have ever visited.
When I talked to him in advance, he chatted with the other person twice and asked me to answer the phone. Finally, I went to the hospital and made the same test twice. I complained to the nurse who had been informed about it, and they said that they did not know how many patients they met per day. But I definitely said the purpose by phone, and of course I told the purpose of the visit at the reception desk. It was the nurse who asked me to go upstairs before I could speak at the reception.
In the end, I doubled my money and time to get twice the same test. I do not think so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 요즘 세상에도 이렇게 직원들이 환자들에게 갑질하며 불친절하게 운영하는 병원이 있다는 사실이 놀랍기만 하다. 세상 귀찮은 표정으로 올테면 오라는 식의 접수 여직원의 태도는 대전이 아직은 환자들 돈벌어먹기 편한 동네라는 사실을 새삼 깨닫게 한다.
의료 서비스에 있어 의료 수준이나 의사들의 실력이야 내가 함부로 평가할 영역은 아닐게다. 다만 이 병원의 서비스 질 만큼은 한국에서 내가 경험한 가장 최악의 병원 중 하나로 기억될듯 싶다. It's surprising to see that there are hospitals in this world where employees are operating suddenly and unkindly. The attitude of the receptionist, who comes to the world with an annoying expression, reminds us that Daejeon is still a neighborhood where patients can easily earn money.
It's the medical level or the skills of doctors in medical services, and it's not the area I'm going to evaluate. However, the quality of service at this hospital seems to be remembered as one of the worst hospitals I have ever experienced in Korea. |
