 It contains the same pollack (?) that was eaten at Abai Village in Sokcho, so the chewy texture is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일반적인 냉면과 다른 고기가아니라 명태로 비빔 냉면을 먹고 육수를 부어 물냉면을 먹게되니 추천합니다.
It is recommended that you eat bibim naengmyeon with pollack and pour the broth to eat mul naengmyeon, not meat different from normal naengmyeon.

하지만 서비스가 별로 4명이가면 반찬이 한사람이먹어도 부족하게 줍니다. 더달라하면 너무 무표정에 불친절하죠

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강원도 고성에서 먹은 명태회 냉면을 여기서 접하게 되네요. 안에 있는 소스를 비비면 비냉이 되고 제공되는 육수를 넣으면 물냉이 되네요. 저는 비벼먹다가 중간에 육수를 넣어 물냉으로 마무리 했어요.
Here you can see the pollack sashimi naengmyeon eaten in Goseong, Gangwon-do. Mixing the sauce inside makes it non-cool, and adding the provided stock makes it watercress. After mixing, I put the broth in the middle and finished with watercress.

You can enjoy bibim and mulnaengmyeon at the same time. My taste is good, but I think the others are not. The dumplings are not good, but I recommend naengmyeon with confidence.
