C	Chanwook Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 식당 이름을 보면 보쌈집인가 싶지만 지금은 삼겹살 하나만 판매하는 고깃집이다. 따로 메뉴를 정할 필요도 없이 인원수에 맞게 삼겹살을 주문하면 된다. 삼겹살은 자를 필요 없이 먹기 좋은 크기로 나오며 사장님께서 직접 다 구워주신다. 고기 위에는 생강가루가 뿌려져 있는데 아마 잡내를 잡는 용도 같다. 고기가 익어갈 때쯤 나온 반찬은 놀라울 정도로 하나같이 다 맛있다. 고들빼기, 총각김치, 파김치, 새우젓, 깻잎절임 등 전부 사장님이 직접 담그셨다고 한다. 은박지에 고기를 구워서 모서리로 기름이 고이는데 사장님께서 그곳에 마늘과 양파를 구워주신다. 돼지기름을 흠뻑 머금은 마늘과 양파는 고소하고 달다. 평범할 것 같은 삼겹살은 웬만한 프리미엄 삼겹살보다 맛있다. 사장님께서 어린 암퇘지만 사용한다고 하셨는데 확실히 다른 삼겹살보다 부드럽고 육질이 좋다. The seemingly ordinary samgyeopsal is tastier than any premium samgyeopsal. The owner said that only young sows are used, but it is definitely softer and has a better quality than other pork belly.
