★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기본이 좋은 중화요리집. 간짜장이랑 짬봉을 먹었는데, 짜장이 단 느낌이 없어서 물리지 않고 맛있게 먹었고
짬뽕의 경우 해산물 신선도가 매우 좋았다. 특히 홍합을 보면 해감 상태가 우수하고 대왕 오징어로 추정되는 오징어도 깔끔하게 손질 되어있어 오징어 특유의 잡내도 잘 잡았다. 더불어 짬뽕 국물의 경우, 대부분의 중국집에서 느껴지는 약간의 텁텁한 끝맛이 없이 깔끔하고 개운하게 떨어지는 국물 뒷맛 덕분에 즐겁게 식사했다. 속이 약한 어머니도 식사 후 소화가 잘 되신걸 보니, 면 뽑고 익히는 등의 재료 및 조리 방식에서도 만족감이 들었다

In particular, if you look at the mussels, the detoxification condition is excellent, and the squid, which is presumed to be a giant squid, is also neatly trimmed, so it catches the peculiar smell of squid. In addition, in the case of Jjamppong soup, I enjoyed the meal thanks to the clean and refreshing aftertaste of the broth without the slightly bitter aftertaste that is found in most Chinese restaurants. Seeing that my mother with a weak stomach also digested well after eating, I was satisfied with the ingredients and cooking methods such as pulling and cooking noodles.
