D	D.G Hwang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고기도 맛있고 사이드도 깔끔해서 괜찮습니다. 추가메뉴인 게장과 곱창은 맛있는데 양념소고기는 입에 안맞았습니다. 사장님이 친절하셔서 참 좋았습니다. The meat is delicious and the sides are also clean, so it's okay. The extra menus, crab sauce and giblets, were delicious, but the seasoned beef didn't fit my mouth. It was so nice that the boss was kind.
석	석영희 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 무한리필 고기가 신선해요~ 개별적으로 랩도 씌워놓아 위생적이고... 무엇보다 리필을 눈치보며 하는게 아니라, 냉장고에서 꺼내오면 되기에 더 좋네요~! 그리고 사장님이 너무 친절하시고 배려를 많이 해주시니까 또 가고 싶은 마음이 저절로 생기네요. 무한리필 선호하는 편이 아니었는데 선입견을 깨준 곳?이라고하면 맞을라나?^^;; All-you-can-eat meat is fresh~ Individual wraps are also put on, so it's hygienic and... 바	바이칼gokb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9.18 17:30쯤 무쏘에 갔습니다 카운터 직원이 인증 때부터 큰 목소리에 고압적인 말투여서 기본이 별로었는데 , 자리에 앉아서 반찬이 셀프냐고 물었더니 "큰소리로 아까 셀프라고 말했잖아요" (손님 들이 쳐다봄) 반찬을 담는데도 다가와서 큰소리로 "그 그릇은 쓰던 그릇인데 그걸 사용하면 어떡해요" (그 와중에 식사하던 손님들이 또 쳐다봄) 큰소리로 세번이나 불쾌하게하고 말투가 도전적이고 시비조여서 말을 왜 그런식으로 불쾌하게하냐고 했더니 "내가 뭘 잘못했는데요" 그래도 잘못을 인정안하고 "먹기 싫으먼 가면 되지 않냐고".. 너무 불친절해서 한참을 다투고 나왔어요. 그리고 자기가 귀가 나쁘다는데 저란 사람을 고객을 직접대응하는 업무를 시키면 안되죠, 또한 주인도 아니면서 자기가 주인이라 하질 않나, 주인 전화번호 알려달라고 하니 알려주지도 않으면서 여기 그만두는거 별것 아니라네요, 아무리 음식점이라해도 저렇게 직장같지 않을까...주인에겐 사업이고 코로나 때문에 도산하는 소상공인들이 부지기수이고 주인의 사업에 타격이 많을텐데 직원들이라도 친절하게해서 사업을 유지할 수 있도록 해야 하는데 . 가게주인은 알고 있습니까? 저 직원이 저렇게 불친절한 줄을, 그래도 미안한 표정이나 말투는 커녕 "먹기 싫으면 가면 되지 않냐고".. 너무 어이가 없고 화가 나서 다투다 왔습니 다. 작년인가 올 봄인가에 왔을땐 주인이 좀 젊은 여자사람이었는데...오늘은 주인이 안계시더군요. 주인이 있었으면 직원과 저러지 않았을텐데 참으로 답답했어요. 손자까지 같이 갔었는데 분위기 망쳤네요. 이렇듯 가끔은 직원이 성질을 부리면서 갑질하는 경우도 있네요. 20대 초반 정도의 직원에게 이런 상식밖의 푸대접을 받다니 ㅠㅠ 9.18 I went to Musso around 17:30 The counter staff had a high-pitched voice from the time of authentication, so the basics were not good, but I sat down and asked if the side dishes were self-serve. “You said out loud before, self-serve” (guests look at you) He came up to the side dishes and shouted, “The bowl is a used one, what should I do if I use it?” When I asked him why he was offended by the way he spoke because his tone was challenging and arrogant, he said, "What did I do wrong?"
