2022년 첫 업무일(1/3(월))부터 포크레인 등 건설기계들이 다시 들어오기 시작하더니 그물 걷어내고, 터파기 등 진행 중. 한 일주일 쯤 전부터 아파트 동 자리인지 구역을 나눈건지 바닥에 줄로 몇 구역 구분되게 해두고 있으며(구역별 모퉁이에 철심박고 줄로 연결하는 방식, 설치/철거/수정 용이할듯), 포크레인은 부지런히 땅 파고, 트럭들은 열심히 흙 나르고 있음.
내부 구역이 반반 정도되게 구분되어 있고 삼성, 현대산업개발 공동 수주/시공이라는 소문이 있었는데, 새해부터 삼성 쪽 구역은 부지런히 작업이 진행되는 와중에 현대산업개발 쪽 구역은 광주 붕괴 사고터지고 얼마간 전혀 작업을 진행하지 못하고 있다가 구정 연휴 이후 작업 진행중//

2021년 5월중 터고르기(?)까지 완료하고 녹색 그물망으로 덮어 둔 상태. 언제 건물 올리기 위한 공사가 시작되는지 지켜보는 중//

There were rumors that the inner area was divided into half and half, and that Samsung and Hyundai Industrial Development were jointly winning/constructing orders. I haven't been able to, but I'm working on it after the Lunar New Year holiday //
