상품에 대한 이해가 부족한지 잘못 설면을 했고 또다른 직원은 불쾌감을 주는 단어선택에 그당시 보다 집에 와서 내내 기분 안좋았습니다.
I think the staff needs some training.
I misunderstood because I didn't understand the product, and another employee was in a worse mood the whole time I came home than at that time because of the choice of words that offended me.
