★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 칼국수 주문하면, 면 바로 밀어서 만들어주심.
가게 들어 가면 진한 육수 냄새 맡을 수 있음.
면이 쫀득했고, 육수가 굉장히 깔끔하고 시원함.
김치도 배추와 석박지 두 종류 다 주시고 땡초(청량고추)는 따로 양념장 그릇에 주시니 알아서 맞춰 먹으면 됨.
육수가 정말 좋아서 칼국수 먹고 싶으면 이 집으로 가게 될 듯.
If you order kalguksu, you can make noodles by pushing them.

The noodles were very chewy and the broth was very clean and cool.
You can give both kimchi and cabbage and cheoncho (fresh chilli pepper) separately in a marinade bowl.

주문 들어가고 사장님이 직접 손으로 반죽 한뒤에 주시는데 면이 미쳤습니다!! 이런 쫄깃함은 예술 그자체!ㅋㅋ
칼국수가 정말 시원하고 고소하며 직접 담그신다는 김치 맛도 짱!
땡초가 생각보다 맵지 않아서 많이 넣었는데 지금 입이 얼얼하네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
