I can feel the luxuriousness that can not follow the surrounding apartments such as landscaping, house structure, material .. delicate copper line. Motorcycles rustic restaurants and pubs ... For those who do not want downtown, I am proud of the brand premium and the best in Europe.

It is a quiet and good apartment to live in. However, there is a distance from the commercial area, so it is a little uncomfortable without a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 집구조나 전체적인자제 조경이나 차없는 아파트...7년가까이 되서 옥계에선 현진에버빌과 연식이 비슷하지만 현진,중흥에 산에서 부는 맞바람?때문에 공단냄새가 심한데 이편한은 그게없음 지하주차장은 다른동은 101,102,103동은 지반이 낮아 주차장이 지하1층뿐이라 주차공간이 부족함 30층짜리 세영리첼때문에 유일하게 103동만이 앞에 강변뷰가 보이는건 좀 아쉽지만 뒤에있는 공원도가깝고 연식에비해 관리도잘되있고 엘리베이터 2대도 마음에듬 상권과 먼건 오히려 현진보다 덜시끄럽고 경치좋고 공단냄새 안나서 좋음 현진맘충들 갑질도 없고
House structure, overall self-contained landscaping or car-free apartment...It is close to 7 years, and it is similar in year to Hyunjin Everville in Okgye, but in Hyunjin and Jungheung, the smell of industrial complex is severe because of the wind blowing from the mountains. Building 101,102,103 has a low ground, so the parking lot is only on the 1st basement level, so there is not enough parking space. Because of the 30-story Seyoung Richell, it is a bit unfortunate that only 103 buildings can see the riverside view in front, but the park road in the back is close and it is well managed compared to the year-old, and the two elevators are also a mind. The one farther from the commercial district of Erum is rather less noisy than Hyunjin, the scenery is nice, and it doesn't smell like satin.
