섞어국밥 먹었어요. 국물까지 다 먹긴 했는데 강렬한 맛은 없어요 ㅎㅎ 혼밥하기 좋았습니다.

全く無愛想なオッチャン独りでやっとる。 時間帯が悪かったんか? 予想してたよりも豚骨の旨味が少なく、塩味の調整をアミやら塩やらニラで調整。 もっと旨いもん想像し過ぎであてが外れた。

テジクッパ ₩7500 ビール(CASS) ₩4000 平日12時半頃来店。先客2組3名。 韓国人カップルと韓国人のおじさま。 注文を終えると、愛想の良いオモニがビールとグラスをサーブしてくれます。 5分弱でクッパとパンチャンが大きな丸い銀のトレーに乗って提供されました。そして簡単に食べ方のレクチャーをしてくれます。タデギをササッと呼んでいて、塩はシオと呼んでいました。 ササッを全て投入し、シオはあみの塩辛もあった為少々にし、青唐辛子2本と大蒜2カケにニラキムチ、白菜キムチ、玉ねぎ、あみの塩辛、サムジャンを全て投入しました。カクテキは2つだけ投入せずでした。 ビールを飲んでいなければもっと薄味に決めていましたが、おつまみとしても食べたかったので濃い味にした所、美味しくて正解でした。 後客の日本人のご夫婦はご飯を別で提供してもらうタロクッパにしていらっしゃいました。
