이집은 반찬이5~6개. 맛이 없냐고요 아뇨 반찬도 맛있고 차분하게 먹을수 있어요 손님이 없는것도 아닌데 정말 편안합니다
주차는 그 앞길에 주차공간이 있으면 하시면 되고요
기차역에서 시내쪽으로 내려오다 보면 병원이 보입니다 그 병원 맞은편에 있어요
제가 청양고추를 좋아하는데 다져달라고 하면 싫은 표정 하나 없이 해주시고 사장님이 친절하세요
새벽에 열어서 점심 장사만 하시고 퇴근하시니 그점 유의하세요

강릉ktx역에서 나와 걸어서 5분거리쯤인가? 매우 가까운 위치이며, 해장국집이니 오전 05:40부터 영업한다는 점도 나와 같은 기차여행객에 대해 매우 이점이 많은 곳이라고 생각한다. 굳이 여기 말고도 아침을 떼울 다른 여러 곳이 있겠지만.. 나같은 30대 여행객에는 괜찮은 선택지라고나 할까.
서론은 이쯤하고, 주문한 메뉴인 선지해장국에 대해서 말하자면 솔직히 약간 아쉽긴했다. 가장 중요한 선지가 막 엄청 맛있다거나 하지는 않는다. 내 선지 취향은 소의 그 피 맛이 좀 더 농축되어 있는 형태여야 하는데, 그것에 대해 불충분했다. 한마디로, 선지 씹는 질감은 괜찮은데 그 맛이 좀 덜느껴진다.
국물은 타 선지해장국과는 약간 다르며 "국" 이라는 것에 충실한 듯하다. 전날 술을 들이부었으면 수분이 필요한 법인데 콩나물국이나 북엇국 처럼 약간은 멀건하게 세팅을 했다. 염도에 조심스러운 나는 꽤 마음에 들은 부분이다. (타 리뷰어 중, 국물은 고사리 베이스라는 말을 들었다. 나는 그 정도 분별할 능력은 안됨.)
또 한가지 감탄스러운 부분은 반찬이다. 그 중 제일은 깍두기와 김치. 내가 방문했을 시점의 김치는 숙성도가 내 취향과 딱 맞았다. (너무 겉절이도 아닌, 너무 시지도 않은 중간정도) 그 외에 반찬들도 꽤나 괜찮다고 생각한다.
결론이다. 나쁘지는 않은 가게다. 다시 강릉 여행을 하게 된다면 뼈해장국도 먹어 봐야지.
One-day Gangneung Trip #1
Is it about a 5-minute walk from Gangneung ktx station? The location is very close, and the fact that it is open from 05:40 am because it is a Haejang soup restaurant is also a very advantageous place for train travelers like me. There are many other places to have breakfast other than here, but I'd say it's a good option for a 30-something traveler like me.
This is the introduction, and to be honest, it was a bit disappointing to talk about the menu I ordered, Seonji Haejangguk. Most importantly, Seonji doesn't say it's very tasty. My taste for seonji should be a more concentrated form of the cow's blood, which was insufficient. In short, the texture of the seonji is good, but the taste is a little less felt.
The soup is slightly different from other Seonji Haejangguk and seems to be faithful to the term "soup." If you drink alcohol the day before, you need moisture, but I set it up a bit like bean sprout soup or bukeot soup. I am careful about salinity, which I liked quite a bit. (Among other reviewers, I have heard that the soup is bracken-based. I am not capable of discerning that much.)
Another amazing part is the side dishes. Among them, kkakdugi and kimchi are the best. At the time of my visit, the kimchi was mature enough to suit my taste. (Not too spicy, not too spicy) Other than that, I think the side dishes are pretty good.
Conclusion. It's not a bad store. If you go to Gangneung again, you should try the bone haejang soup.
