뚝배기에 담긴 김치를 접시에 덜어먹는 구조인데 뚜껑도 없어 손님의 비말에 노출되는 형태입니다. 남은 뚝배기 김치는 양이 보태져서 다른손님에게 제공될 소지가 보입니다.
Haejangguk is delicious, but hygiene is a concern.
It has a structure where you eat kimchi in a pot on a plate, but there is no lid, so it is exposed to splashes from customers. The remaining ttukbaegi kimchi may be provided to other guests with an added amount.
