고기도 육즙이 가득한게 이집만의 특별한 숙성비법이 있나봐요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 옥동 삼겹살 핫플레이스는 여기아님 소백산인데, 비슷비슷하지만 고기의 고소한맛이 여기가 강했습니다. 직접구워주시고 나갈때 아이스크림 하나 서비스로 먹는 재미도 있지요

삼겹살 추천, 고기 구워주시면 설명해주시는데 와사비 조금에 하얀 배추김치에 싸 먹으면 기똥차게 맛나게 드실 수 있어요.
명이 나물 + 쌈장(소금) + 마늘 조합도 훌륭합니다.
목살은 다소 퍽퍽한 식감이 들어 , 삼겹이를 추천 합니다. 맛나게 드시고 평일 업무 스트레스 잘 푸세요~ :-)

The combination of myung namul + ssamjang (salt) + garlic is also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아이들과 함께 갔는데 직원이 최적의 온도에서 가장 맛있게 고기를 구워주셔서 우리는 아이들과 두런두런 이야기하며 맛있게 먹기만 했네요. 정말 즐거운시간이었습니다.
We went with the children, but the staff cooked the meat the most deliciously at the optimum temperature, so we talked to the children and ate deliciously. It was a really fun time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 안동에 와서 지인과 함께 온 돼지고기 집인데 맛이 소고기 빰치는군요. 어제 먹은 소고기 이상으로 맛이 좋네요. 콩나물과 같이 먹은 맛도 일품이군요. 식사는 소고기 된장찌개가 좋네요
