★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 친구 집이라 가보았는데,깔끔하고 작은산에 있어서 공기도 좋고,북서울꿈의숲이 바로 잎이라 너무 좋더군요.
I went there because it's a friend's house, but the air is good because it's a clean and small mountain, and I really like the leaves of the North Seoul Dream Forest.

Water pressure is weak when showering. Transportation is inconvenient. It's a bit difficult to walk because it's on a hill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서울 4대 대형 공원인 꿈의숲과 연결되어 있어 공기좋고 산책하기 좋아요. 구릉지에 위치하고 있지만 단지내에 많은 외부 엘레베이터가 있어 주민들은 경사없이 편리하게 지낼 수 있어요.
음식물 자동이설설비가 세대내에 있어 쓰레기 버리러 나가지 않아도 되는건 정말 큰 장점이고 신축인만큼 커뮤니티도 잘 구성되어 있어 쾌적한 신축라이프를 즐길 수 있어 좋습니다.
가까이에 지하철 4호선 및 롯데, 현대 백화점이 있어 쇼핑 및 도심 접근성도 아주 뛰어납니다.
It is connected to the Dream Forest, one of the 4 largest parks in Seoul, so it is nice to take a walk in the fresh air. Although it is located in a hilly area, there are many external elevators within the complex, so residents can live comfortably without inclines.
It is a great advantage to not have to go out to dispose of garbage because there is an automatic food moving facility within the household.
With subway line 4 and Lotte and Hyundai Department Stores nearby, shopping and access to the city center are excellent.

다만 아파트 내 커뮤니티시설도 아직 완공이 안되었고 산 위로 지어진 단지라 걸어다니기에는 상당히 힘듭니다.
오동근린공원과 맞닿아있어 공기 좋고 걸을 공간도 있어서 좋지만 들쑥날쑥한 지형위에 지어진 단지라 차없으면 불편하겠네요
