짬뽕, 5천원. 진한 육수와 칼칼한 매운맛이 매력적이다. 깔끔한 단맛은 젓가락을 바쁘게 만든다. 갑오징어의 부드러움은 집어먹는 재미를 느끼게 한다.

튀김옷도 얇고 고기도 부드럽습니다.
친구랑 먹다 남아서 포장해서 다음날 집에서 살짝 데워 먹었는데 딱딱해지지도 않고 괜찮더군요.
소스는 맛도 농도도 진한 스타일인데 이건 호불호가 좀 있을거 같지만 개인적으로는 농도가 좀 묽었으면 더 좋겠다는 생각입니다.
그리고 중국산 김치는 좀 별로였어요.
코로나 때문에 손님이 많이 없어서 오래된건지 모르겠지만 아삭한 느낌이 없고 거의 숨이 다 죽었더라고요.
그래서 아쉽게도 별4개 입니다.
Sweet and sour pork is really delicious.
The tempura is thin and the meat is soft.
After eating with a friend, I wrapped it up and heated it the next day at home, but it didn't get hard and it was okay.
The sauce is a style with a rich taste and consistency, but I think it will have some likes and dislikes, but personally, I think it would be better if the consistency was a little thinner.
And the kimchi made in China was a bit bad.
I don't know if it's old because there aren't many customers due to corona, but it doesn't feel crunchy and I almost died of breath.
So, unfortunately, it is 4 stars.
