대구찜?! 둘이가서 먹고 나온 곳, 보통 찜은 콩나물 고춧가루 팍팍 들어간 찜인데 서울촌년에겐 너무 생소했던 음식:) 백종원아저씨도 왔다가고 블루리본도 획득한 음식점!! 거제도에서 특별히 찾아갔으나, 대구가 매일 공수하고 어머니 손 맛과 정성이 가득해서 가격은 좀 있는 음식! 반찬도 허투루 나오질 않았다... 다만, 대구를 한 마리 두 명에서 먹으니 한동안 대구 생각이 안날 것 같은 모든 대구를 다 느끼고 나온 느낌! 내생에 고니가 그렇게 부드러운 건 처음이었으나 거의 다 먹었을 때 쯤 나는 고춧가루가 필요했다...
Steamed cod?! The place where the two of us went to eat, usually steamed with bean sprouts and red pepper powder, but a dish that was so unfamiliar to Seoul villagers :) A restaurant where Uncle Baek Jong-won also came and got a blue ribbon!! I visited it specially from Geoje Island, but the food is air-lifted from Daegu every day, and it is full of the taste and sincerity of my mother, so the food is a bit pricey! Even the side dishes didn't come out in vain... However, when I ate one or two cod, I felt like I came out feeling all the cod that I thought I wouldn't think of for a while! It was the first time in my life that swans were so soft, but by the time I ate almost all of them, I needed red pepper powder...

아직 대구탕을 못먹어봤으나 관광지요금. 생선구이는 가성비 떨어짐. 식객 맛집이라던데 대구탕을 먹어봐야 알듯.
I haven't tried cod tang yet. tourist fee. Grilled fish is less cost-effective. They say it's a gourmet restaurant, but you have to try Daegutang to know it.

한겨울 제철이 지나 생대구를 못 먹은게 아쉬울뿐... 반찬도 삼삼하고 탕은 시원하다

대구탕이라고 하면 대부분 맑은탕을 생각하게 되는데 이건 매운탕은 아니고 지리니까 맑은탕이라고 할 수는 있는데 일반적으로 먹던 대구탕과 많이 다르다. 곰탕처럼 진한 느낌이 있고 먹어도 먹어도 나오는 이리에 동해안 대구가 살이 약간 찰진 느낌이라면 이 근방 대구는 대체로 살이 좀 부드럽다는데 진하고 깊은 국물에 부드러운 대구살도 잘 어울린다. 반찬들 역시 하나하나 다 맛이 좋다. 거제에 왔으면 바닷가 앞 카페만 가는 게 아니라 이런 집 가는게 진짜 힙한 거지 ㅎㅎ
When most people think of Daegu soup, they think of clear soup, but this isn't a spicy soup, it's Jiri, so it can be called a clear soup, but it's very different from the common Daegu soup. If it has a thick texture like gomtang and comes out after eating or eating, the cod from the east coast has a slightly chewy flesh. Generally, cod from this area is a bit softer, but soft cod meat goes well with the thick and deep broth. All of the side dishes are also delicious. When you come to Geoje, it's really hip to not only go to a cafe in front of the beach, but to go to a house like this.

This is very good fish soup restaurant especially in the winter time. Price is reasonable. But no chair. Just floor with table. The taste is fantastic.
