★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신영이 시행하고 동양고속건설이 시공. 2006년에 입주. 39세대. 341㎡(103평), 345㎡(104평) 2가지 타입. 가구 당 주차2대, 입주민 전용 피트니스 센터, 퍼팅그린 및 컨퍼런스룸 설치. 엘리베이터는 2대이나 가구수가 워낙 적어 이용에 불편 없음. 실내 구조는 가벽이 많아 희망하는대로 개조가 용이한 편. 부엌과 식당, 안방이 매우 커 2~4인 가구에 적합. 건축 당시 자재 등이 좋고 전체 시스템에어컨 및 환기장치, 빌트인 주방으로 생활하기 좋은 편. 보안업체 직원들이 24시간 출입관리 및 경비를 서며 주차는 번호인식시스템으로 등록되어 있지 않은 차량은 진입 자체가 안됨.
