★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예약하고 가시려면 오전에 예약하고 방문하시는게 좋습니다. 오후 예약은 하나마나 합니다. 2시에 예약하고 1시 45분에 도착했는데 2시 30분까지 어떠한 안내도 받지 못하고 기다렸습니다. 접수시에 대기시간이 조금 있을수 있다고 했으나 예약시간에서 30분이 넘도록 기다릴거라면 예약을 할 이유가 없어보입니다. 한참 기다리다가 아무런 안내도 없이 왜 이렇게 늦어지냐고 물어보니 정비기사님이 눈도 안마주치고 사람이 없어서 그렇답니다. 바쁜건 이해하지만 고객응대 방식에는 확실히 문제가 있습니다. 뭐 이렇게 써 봐야 얼마나 달라질지 별로 기대는 안합니다만 경정비를 받으러 궂이 여기까지 찾아와야될 이유는 없어보입니다.

I made a reservation at 2:00 and arrived at 1:45, but waited until 2:30 without receiving any information. At the time of reception, it was said that there may be a little waiting time, but if you are waiting for more than 30 minutes from the reservation time, there seems to be no reason to make a reservation. After waiting for a long time, I asked why it was so late without any guidance, and the mechanic didn't even give it to my eyes and there were no people. I understand it's busy, but there's definitely a problem with the way we respond. I don't expect much to see how much it will change if I write it like this, but there seems to be no reason to come here to get maintenance.
