★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 음식은 맛있었습니다. 내슈빌 싱글세트 주문했는데, 15분 가량 걸린다더군요. 막상 음식은 30분 넘어서야 안내받을수 있었습니다만, 이렇게 오래걸리냐는 질문에 아무런 사과 조차 없더군요. 또한 주문했던 음료도 잘못나와 다시 달라 했더니, 잘못나온 음료를 다시 뽑아주더군요ㅎㅎ..잘못나왔다고 하면 무슨음료로 주문했는지 메뉴 확인이 우선이라고 생각하는데요, 결국 두번이나 음료 요청을 하고서야 제대로 된 음료를 받을 수 있었습니다. 사과 한마디 없이요 ㅎㅎㅎ사장님이 무슨 죄겠습니까. 다만 직원들 교육은 좀 철저히 하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 제가 방문했던 그 어떤 지점보다 불친절 했어요. 음식이 맛있어도 기본적인 서비스 예절이 없으면 이유도 모른채 고정 고객들을 잃으실 겁니다. 맘스터치가 창동역 점만 있는게 아니니까요

Also, when I asked for a drink again because the drink I ordered was wrong, he pulled out the wrong drink again haha.. If I said that the drink came out wrong, I think the first thing to check the menu for what drink I ordered is first. Could. Without a word of apology hahaha What is the boss doing? However, it seems that the training of the employees should be done thoroughly. It was more unfriendly than any other branch I visited. Even if the food is delicious, if you don't have basic service etiquette, you will lose your regular customers without knowing why. Because Mom's Touch isn't the only store in Changdong Station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 밖에서 봤을 때는 매장이 작아보였는데, 안에 들어가 보니 생각보다 매장이 컸습니다. 오랜만에 싸이버거 세트를 먹었는데, 가격이 예전보다 꽤 많이 올랐네요. 이제는 가성비가 좋다고 말하기는 어려울 거 같아요.
