★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예천 금당실마을 관광차에 우연히 알게되어 에천 문화의거리까지 찾아갔던 제일식당. 수타 짜장의 쫄깃한 면발이 그리워서 많은 기대를 했지만 확실히 호불호가 갈리는것 같음. 나는 조미료의 자극적인 맛이 없어서 단백하고 좋았는데 직장인들 입맛에는 이맛 내맛도 아니게 느낄 수도 있을듯... 수타면의 쫄깃함과 순수한 맛보다 일반 짜장의 맛을 기대하고 찾는다면 100프로 실망할것임. 어머님들의 친절과 자극적이지 않고 아이들과 함께 건강한 중국음식을 찾으신다면 제일식당을 꼭 가봐야...
Jeil Restaurant that I came across by chance on a tour car in Geumdangsil Village, Yecheon and went to Echeon Culture Street. I had high expectations because I missed the chewy noodles of hand-made jjajang, but there seems to be a lot of disagreement. I didn't have the stimulating taste of seasonings, so it was plain and good, but the taste of office workers may not even feel like this... If you are looking for the taste of regular jjajang rather than the chewiness and pure taste of hand-made noodles, you will be 100% disappointed. If you are looking for healthy Chinese food with your children without the kindness of mothers and non-stimulants, you must visit Jeil Restaurant...

매운면과 볶음우동은 비슷한데 매운면은 전분이 들어가서 걸쭉합니다.
좀더 매콤한 맛이 있었으면 좋겠습니다.
해산물이 잘 볶아져서 향미가 좋습니다.
