활어회 식감 좋아하는 사람들에게는 낯설 수 있다.
두툼하지만 말랑하면서 적당히 쫀득해서 달달한 맛을 한껏 느낄 수 있다.
오마카세도 추천.

같은 노량진수산시장이어도 맛이 같지않다. 두껍게 썰린 적당히 숙성된 회, 초밥용 초대리,심지어 조미 생와사비까지?
여기는 다른 점포처럼 싸게 준다고 호객하지 않는다. 아니 그럴 필요가 없다?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 방어회 먹기 좋은곳. 회를 크고 두툼하게 썰어주셔서 식감을 잘 살려주신다. 미리 예약하고 가면 시간에 맞춰서 준비해주시고 서비스로 주신 방어머리가 굉장히 별미. 웬만한 중 사이즈는 4인이 먹기 충분하며 소 사이즈도 둘이먹기에 양이 많은 편.
