Y	Yoonsuk SOL (철밴) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한동안 애용하던 피자스쿨이네요. 피자스쿨 포장박스에 보면 유명피자집에 공급되는 것과 같은 밀가루를 쓴다는게 인상적이었고 피자 라지 한판 시켜서 맥주와 힘께 영화보며 혼자 다 먹은 적도 있고 해서 애정했어요. 그런데 어느날 부터인가 피자가 뻑뻑해지기 시작했어요. 토마토소스를 조금씩 적게 바르는 것 같았어요. 그래서 요즘엔 그 옆에 새로 생긴 피자애로 갈아탔는데(이것도 벌써 수년 전이네요) 여긴 흑미 도우에 한결 쫄깃했고 한입 베어먹으면 피자소스가 여기저기 치즈를 뚫고 솟아올랐는데 여기도 마찬가지로 시간이 지나니 점점 뻑뻑해지네요. 재료비 인상되고 경영에 어려움이 생겨 가격 오르는건 이해하겠는데 맛은 변하지 않았으면 좋겠네요. 피자스쿨 중곡점은 중곡제일시장 입구에서 한차례 이전을 했는데 주인이 바뀐것 같더라구요. 다시 한번 기대해 봐도 될런지 모르겠네요. 구글이 물어오니 리뷰 쓰는 김에 한번 먹어봐야겠네요. 개인적인 취향입니다만, 소스 좋아하는 저로선 피자스쿨 등 동네 피자가 덩치큰 피자전문점 피자보다 더 좋을 때도 있었어요. It's a pizza school I've been using for a while. Looking at the packaging box of Pizza School, it was impressive that they use the same flour supplied to famous pizza restaurants, and I loved it because I ordered a large pizza and ate it all by myself while watching a movie with beer and strength. But one day, the pizza started to get stiff. It seemed to apply a little less tomato sauce. So these days, I switched to a new pizzeria next to it (this was already a few years ago), and here the black rice dough was chewy and when I took a bite, the pizza sauce rose through the cheese here and there. I understand the price increase due to the material cost increase and management difficulties, but I hope the taste does not change. The Pizza School Junggok branch moved once at the entrance of the Junggok Jeil Market, but it seems that the owner has changed. I don't know if I can look forward to seeing it again. Google asks, so I'll have to try it while I'm writing a review. It's a personal preference, but for me, who likes sauces, there were times when local pizzas such as Pizza School were better than pizzas from large pizza restaurants.
