★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 문의할 사항이 있어 전화를 드렸는데, 무작정 담당자분이 안계신다고 본인은 모르겠다하고 끊어버리셔서 당황스럽네요. 담당자가 부재중이시라면 연락처를 받거나 최소한 연락 가능한 시간이나 얼마 뒤에 다시 전화 달라는 안내 사항 정도는 하시는게 기본 예의 아닌가요?
I have a phone call because I have a question to ask, but I'm embarrassed to hang up because I don't know that the person in charge is not there. If the person in charge is absent, isn't it a basic etiquette to get a contact information, or at least give a request to call back after an available time?
