★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a complete shock! From the looks of the outside you have absolutely no idea what awaits you on the other side of the door. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the smell of delightful incense. In the first area, there are 2 tables & chairs and a wood burning stove. You think that's it, but no! Then they take you back to the main part of the restaurant and you are immediately transported to a magical world, with huge candles with dripping wax bases, victorian era elegant chairs, a very cozy little bar and more personality than you can even begin to imagine! Unfortunately we had already eaten dinner, and we were just there for a couple drinks, but the food I saw looked amazing! If you're a wine drinker, or single malt scotch drinker, this place has to be on your bucket list! It was an abandoned house when they found it 3 years ago, and now it is a piece of heaven!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere, service, and wine knowledge were all great. We ordered gnocci and oil pasta. Be prepared, the gnocci is a LITTLE spicy.
Even after being open for a few years there is always a waiting line on the weekends so get there early!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice atmosphere and music, but I was served a dish with meat after specifically confirming that what I was ordering didn’t contain meat.. then was charged for the dish I didn’t eat. Got a refund of that dish only after pointing out that I hadn’t eaten it. Beware, anyone with allergies or food restrictions!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem. Located at the corner of Ikseon traditional district, this place is like a shallet, you walk into the place and you loose light and feels like you’re entering a cave. Decorated with corks and wine/champagne bottles, you feel like you’re in a hut near Rocky Mountains or Andes away from the buzzing of Seoul. Wine list is not too long but has price range from $35 to 90. The food is okay but not too impressive either. Service was quick and attentive. Asking about food and drinks from time to time was plus. I’ll go back to try other things in the near future.
