어이가 없어 통장조회를 해보니 5만 얼마가 결제가 되었더군요
조회를 하는 사이에 승인메세지가 두번이 더 왔습니다. 안되겠다 싶어 잔액을 다른곳으로 옮겨 놓은사이 잔고가 없으니 결제가 안되었다는 문자가 몇개가 더 와 있더군요.. 네오위즈에서 승인이 났더군요ㅠ
핸드폰을 뒤져가며 찾다 구글플레이에 결제로 가보니 떡하니 루비 550개가 3번이나 결제가 되었네요..
카드사 구글 피망에 몇번씩 전화를 해서 도용당했다 문의한 결과 다 해결을 못 해준다는 식으로 말만 반복만 하네요?
그람 저는 어디가서 환불을 받을수 있는거죠?
제가 할줄도 모르는 피망 포커를 미쳤다고 결제를 했을까요?17만원 돈이 땅 파서 나오는 돈도 아니고 도용으로 루비 결제한 분도 당당히 벌어 하면 되는걸 왜 불법으로 하면서까지 그러는지 알수가없네요..
피망에서도 결제를 하게되면 인증절차를 성의없이 해놓고 누구나 아무나 당할수 있게끔 해놓고... 문의한곳은 다 제 탓으로만 넘기고...
환불 해주세요..본인 확인절차를 이런식으로 해서 당하게 만들고..저처럼 당하는 사람들은 환불도 못받으면 게임사 돈 벌게 해주는 꼴 아닌가요?
리뷰를 보면 저처럼 당한분이 쓴 걸 보았는데 해결이 되었는지 궁금하네요
