It’s spread across multiple floors and you get an in-depth understanding of so many aspects of this amazing country. You need a solid few hours to cover the collection in detail so make sure you find the time to do so :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good atmospheric place. You can learn a lot about history and culture of Korea, about its Emperors and their life.
English signs will help foreigners to understand what it is written in the exhibition hall. Got acquainted with lots of new information. Will visit it again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice museum with interesting things to look at and interact with but only ¼ of the text was in English so I missed out on a lot. The basic most important stuff was in English so I was not confused and I understood the main points, but the nuances that I was hoping to better understand by coming here were lost on me. I would not visit again and would not really recommend to anyone. But that is also partly due to personal bias, I do prefer ancient history to modern history in general. The full room of projectors showing history of advertising was very very well done and that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3.
