서울숲요양원을 찾아주신 여러분께 감사드립니다.한국의 현재 시점은 급격한 노령화로 어르신들의 고독사가 빈번히 발생하고 있으며, 복지의 사각지대 발생 및 맞벌이 가족 증가 등으로 더 이상 부모님 모시는 것을 자녀에게만 책임지울 수 없고 국가적 차원의 '사회 복지 시스템 구축'이 절실하게 필요한 상황입니다.
저희 서울숲 요양원은 사회적 효를 작게 나마 실천하면서 국내 장기요양시설의 모범이 되고자 합니다. 특히나 서울시 난향동에 충분한 녹지공간이 있는 입지조건을 갖추고 있으며 서울 도심에 있어 접근성를 최대한 고려하여 보호자분들께서 언제든 찾아 뵐 수 있도록 하였습니다.
또한, 가정 같은 독립된 생활 뿐 아니라 다른 어르신과 친밀한 교류를 자연스럽게 할 수 있는 공간 설계를 하였습니다.
뿐만 아니라 경기 안산 텃밭 운영 및 전북 진안의 연수원 운영을 통해 어르신들이 가족과 함께 할 수 있는 많은 기회를 드리고자 합니다. 저희는 내 부모님을 섬긴다는 마음으로 어르신들을 정성껏 모시겠습니다.
어르신들께서 자존감을 갖고 행복한 여생을 보낼 수 있는 보호자가 믿고 함께 할 수 있는 요양시설이 될 것임을 약속드립니다.

Our Seoul Forest Nursing Home is trying to become a model for long term care facilities in Korea by practicing small social effects. In particular, it has sufficient green space in Nanjing-dong in Seoul and it is located in downtown Seoul so that the caregivers can visit at any time.
In addition, we have designed a space that allows intimate exchanges with other elderly people as well as independent life like home.
In addition, I would like to offer many opportunities for elderly people to work with their families through the operation of the garden in Gyeonggi Ansan and the operation of the training center in Jeonbuk Jeonan. We will serve our elders with the heart of serving our parents.
