★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So yes, as others say, this restaurant is not a budget option, but in terms of the quality, variety and quantity of food you get in a set meal, it is excellent value. The chef or chefs are artists. The food is superb, interesting and creatively prepared. The person waiting my table was also very attentive and friendly. Course after beautiful course was brought to me, finishing with dessert, all this unexpected, so the value was good enough that I felt as if I was robbing the restaurant. The setting is nice too. I highly recommend Namseusi if you want excellent Japanese fare.
