★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우족탕 먹어봤는데 소껍질에서 나는 특유의 잡맛은 쪽파 겉절이의 참기름맛이 싹 잡아줬음. 갓 담근 김장김치와 먹었더라면 더 좋았을 것 같았다.
고추장아찌도 괜찮았고 찍어먹는 간장소스도 잡내를 잡아주는데 도움이 되는것 같았음. 깍두기는 너무 말라 있어서 아삭함이 살아있는 잘익은 깍두기였다면 좋았을것 같았음. 총평을 하자면 40년된 수정곰탕집의 우족탕 맛은 별4개.
옛 맛이 그윽히 그리우시면 꼭! 한번 드셔보세요~

I tried the beef leg soup, but the sesame oil flavor of the pickled chives took over the unique pungent taste of the beef skin. It would have been better if it had been eaten with freshly made kimchi.
The gochujangjji was good, and the soy sauce that I was dipping in seemed to help get rid of the bad smell. The kkakdugi was so dry that it would have been better if it had been ripe and crispy. In general, the 40-year-old Sujeong Gomtang restaurant's beef foot soup is 4 stars.
A must if you miss the old taste! Try it once!
