★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nami Island is located in Gangwon province , South Korea. The island is a nice and small, before you get there you need a ferry and it is well coordinated. You get to see beautiful trees with flowers, nice landscaping, good Resturant, different birds and animals and has a conducive place to have a family picnic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to spend your day. Try to go in autumn or spring thats the best time to enjoy this place. You can drive from Seoul or take a tour bus. I would recommend taking tour bus as parking and driving takes hell of time (3 gours for 70 km) due to traffic issues.
You need to buy a ticket in advance or at the gate for the ferry to enter the island and then go to the island.
Recommended time is anytime around 9 ~ 17 hours. Weather during autumn remains awesoms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nami Island is a very beautiful location! A lot of simple man-made attractions surrounded by majestic tree lines and dirt pathways. If using a stroller, larger adventure-type wheels are highly recommended. Parking at the entry port is extremely limited and you’ll find a lot of people charging upwards of 10,000KRW for a spot along the road and side-streets leading to the port. Due to its proximity of Seoul, traffic is absolutely terrible going to and leaving the location if you’re going anywhere near Seoul in your travel. There are many food vendors on the island and public toilets are everywhere, which is critical for families with small children. Mid to late Autumn is said to be the most beautiful time to visit, but that comes at a cost; there is a huge number of visitors there on the weekends. Overall it was a pleasant visit for the entire family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to visit. However timing must be right. We visited in late November and early December. All trees were leaving the leaves to prepare for winter. Correct time to visit would be in Jan-Feb or April.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to Nami for the second time and it’s getting much better. It’s one of the best sites to see fiery autumn leaves of various trees and romantic white snow in the winter. Besides you can enjoy various fun and relaxing facilities and utilities. No cars or huge structures but trees, gardens, small shops etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a ferry to the island. Amazing place with many photo spots. There are also a few bunnies. You can spot baby bunnies as well if you are lucky. They are extremely cute.
