★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서창2지구 가장자리에 있는 아파트. LH임에도 불구하고 아파트는 꽤 깔끔하게 공간활용을 잘해놔서 실제 평수보다 크게 느껴진다 하지만 주차층이 지하1층밖에 없어서 오후 8시 이후에 주차할땐 언제나 가로주차를 해야하고 그로인해 주차공간이 매우 협소해서 1년에 한번은 차를 긁었다는 연락이 온다. 항아리상권으로 나가려면 10분정도 걸어야한다는 점도 상당히 큰 단점. 그럼에도 4점을 준 이유는 뷰가 끝내준다는거...
 Apartment at the edge of Seochang 2nd District. Despite being LH, the apartment is quite neat and uses space well, so it feels bigger than the actual number of floors. Once a year, you get a call about scratching your car. Another major drawback is that you have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the jar commercial area. Still, the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the view is amazing...
