적어도 제가 다녀본 장어집중에선 최고입니다. 아나쥬를 정말 좋아해서 자주 가는데 오늘은 아나쥬가 없어서 우나쥬로 먹었는데 우나쥬도 훌륭했습니다. 그래도 난 아나쥬 ^__^
At least it's the best eel restaurant I've been to. I really like anaju, so I go there often, but today there was no anage, so I ate it as an unage, and the unage was also great. Still, I know ^_^

장어구이집 가격을 생각하면 충분히 합리적인 가격이라 생각합니다. 일반 구이집 보다 소스를 발라 맛있게 구운 장어구이와 맛있게 지은 밥. 히츠마부시를 주문 하였는데 본식도 맛있지만 오차즈케도 맛있었다.
Considering the price of grilled eel, I think the price is reasonable enough. More deliciously grilled eel and rice cooked with sauce than a regular grill restaurant. I ordered the hitsumabushi, the main dish was delicious, but the ochazuke was also delicious.

나고야식 장어덮밥과 동경식 장어덮밥 두개 다 시켰다. 나고야식은 초벌된 장어를 다시한번 숯에 굽고 잘게 잘라서 식감을 살린 장어덮밥이고, 동경식은 굽고 찐 다음에 다시 구워서 부드러움을 살린 장어덮밥이라고 한다. 내가 먹은 동경식 장어덮밥인 우나쥬는 부드러운 식감이 특징인데, 확실히 입에서 사르르 녹는듯한 식감을 가지고 있었다. 비리지 않고 장어의 맛도 진해서 맛있었다. 양념이 장어에 배이기보다 겉에 칠해진 느낌이 조금 들었지만 그래도 너무 맛있었다. 동석자가 먹은 나고야식 장어덮밥인 히츠마부시를 조금 먹어봤는데, 촉촉하면서 탱글탱글한 식감에 간이 잘 배여있고 맛있었다. 둘다 너무 맛있어서 두개시켜서 혼자서 다 먹고싶었지만 배가 불러서 힘들 것 같고, 각자의 매력이 있기 때문에 계속 번갈아가면서 먹을 것 같다. 어제오늘 다 장어덮밥을 먹으니깐 몸에 활기가 도는 기분이다. 이래서 사람들이 보양식을 찾나보다..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

부모님 모시고 다녀왔는데 장어가 부드럽고 가시도 느낌이 별로 안났습니다. 장어 소스도 막 그렇게 자극적이지 않고 괜찮았습니다. 상차림도 정갈했구요. 부모님도 만족하시면서 잘드셨네요
I went with my parents, and the eel was soft and didn't taste very good. The eel sauce was just okay, not too spicy. The outfit was also neat. Parents are also satisfied.
