★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 잘 안알려진 아는사람만 아는 가성비 짱 스테이크 맛집입니다. 소박한 분위기로 대화하기 좋아서 저녁약속을 이곳에서 자주하고 처음온 상대방도 매우 만족해 합니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 스테이크 전문점임을 알고 있었지만 이 가게는 접근성이 떨어져 이제껏 가본 적이 없었다. 오늘 마침 기회가 생겨 점심 메뉴로 치즈 버거를 먹었다.
7500원 치즈버거 단품 기본 구성은 이렇다.
머스타드 소스를 바른 번
두툼한 싱글 패티, 치즈, 양파, 잘게 갈아넣은 피클, 1000원 내고 추가한 양상추, 토마토.
패티는 대단히 두껍고 풍성하다. 원래 패티는 소고기에 돼지고기와 양파를 섞어 양을 불리는데, 이곳은 소고기 비율이 아주 높다. 심지어 2000원를 추가하면 더블 패티로 먹을 수 있다고 한다. 가성비가 말도 안된다. 다음에는 더블 패티로 가야겠다.
햄버거 번도 직접 만드신다고 하는데, 이 번은 요즘 햄버거집에서 유행하는 쫄깃한 브리오슈 스타일은 아니다. 설탕 덜 들어가서 살짝 퍽퍽한, 유럽 쪽 가면 많이 볼 수 있는 스타일.
웬만한 수제버거집의 단품 가격이 만원부터 시작한다는 것을 고려할 때, 이곳은 말도 안되는 가성비를 보여준다.
다만 아쉬운 것은 조금 산뜻한 스타일 말고 여러 가지 스타일이 있었으면 좋겠다는 점이다. 나인 온스처럼 치즈, 캐러맬라이즈드 양파, 강한 후추향을 내뿜는 기름진? 스타일도 있었으면 좋겠다.
I knew it was a steak shop, but I had never been to this shop because of its accessibility. I had a chance today and ate a cheeseburger for lunch.
The basic composition of 7500 won cheeseburger is as follows.
Bun with mustard sauce
Thick single patty, cheese, onion, finely ground pickles, lettuce, tomato added after paying 1,000 won.
The patties are very thick and full. Originally, patties are beef mixed with pork and onions and called sheep, but here the ratio of beef is very high. Even if you add 2,000 won, you can eat it as a double patty. The cost performance is ridiculous. Next time, I'll go to the double patty.
They say they also make hamburger buns themselves, but this bun is not the chewy brioche style that is popular in burger restaurants these days. It contains less sugar, so it's a bit dry, and you'll see a lot in Europe.
Considering that the price of a homemade burger restaurant starts from 10,000 won, this place shows a ridiculous cost-performance ratio.
However, what is regrettable is that I wish there were various styles other than a little refreshing style. Cheese like nine ounces, caramelized onions, oily with a strong peppery flavor? I wish there was a style too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이태리 레스토랑의 고급 코스 스타일의 스테이크는 아니에요. 미국 중부 텍사스의 와일드한 스테이크 스타일이 아닌가 싶네요.
여기 업장에서 추구하는 것 또한 함바집 스테이크를 추구하신다니
정말 질이 좋은 고기라고는 못하지만 그렇다고 질이 정말 떨어지는 고기는 아니었고 가격 대비 괜찮은 고기라 생각합니다. 분위기 또한 무드 있는 분위기는 아니고 그렇다고 캐주얼한 분위기는 아니지만 이 집만의 독특한 분위기가 있어요. 식기류며 그리고 빵 나올 때 나오는 봉투마저 보면 함바 스테이크구나 하는 생각을 했습니다.
근처에 살며 언제 한 번 가야지 했다가 몇 년 만에 처음 방문했네요. 간식거리를 많이 줍니다. 하리보 젤리도 주고 인스턴트 프레즐도 줍니다. 그리고 무엇보다 마음에 들었던 것은 치즈였습니다.
고급 치즈는 아닐지라도 여러 가지 치즈를 줍니다. 큐브형 크림치즈 카망베르 치즈 에담 치즈 그리고 포션 파마산 치즈 등 많이 줍니다. 너무 좋았습니다.
그런데 고기 굽기 조절은 안 되는지 템프러치는 물어보지 않더군요. 조금 웰던에 가깝습니다. 고기 특성상 어쩔 수 없나 봅니다. 약간 질긴 감이 있지만 먹을만했습니다. 혹시나 모자랄까 싶어 볶음밥을 추가했는데
고기가 양이 많아서 볶음밥은 거의 남겼습니다.
이 정도 가격이면 양이나 맛이나 메뉴 구성이나 만족합니다.
재방문 의사는 있습니다. 마구 먹고 싶을 땐 갈 거 같아요. 그러나 장말 스테이크가 먹고 싶다고 건너편 샤로수길에서 정식 코스를 먹을 거 같습니다.
개인적으로 코스의 스테이크를 기대하고 가지 않았기에 만족했고 아마 몇 달 안에 다시 갈 거 같습니다.
It's not a high-end course style steak from an Italian restaurant. I don't think it's a wild steak style from Central Texas.

They offer a variety of cheeses, even if they are not premium cheeses. Cube-shaped cream cheese, Camembert cheese, Edam cheese, and a lot of Parmesan cheese. It was so good.
However, Tempurch did not ask if the roasting could be adjusted. It's a little bit closer to a well-done. It seems to be unavoidable due to the nature of the meat. It was a little chewy, but it was edible. I added fried rice just in case it wasn't enough.
There was a lot of meat, so I had almost leftover fried rice.
At this price, we are satisfied with the quantity, taste, and menu composition.
There is a returning doctor. I think I'll go there when I want to eat. However, if you want to eat the end of the season steak, you will probably eat the set course at Sharosu-gil across the street.
Personally, I'm glad I didn't go expecting the steak of the course and I'll probably go back in a few months.
