리어쪽 잡소리가 심해서 반차내고 무상기간에 A/S 접수 맡기려고 하니
비오는 날이라 잡소리 수리 안한다고 접수 자체를 거부.. 하도 빡쳐서 주재원에게 블루핸즈는 비오는날은 잡소리 수리하지 않는다는 수리지침이라도 있냐라고 물어보고 컴플레인 걸었음. 범어점가니 군말없이 바로 접수받아주시더라.
자기들 바쁘다고 솔직하게 오래 걸린다고 말이라도 했으면 그냥 다른대 갔을텐데 아무튼 빡쳤던 경험이라 이제 공유함.
그냥 근처 다른곳 가세요. 양산에 다른 블루핸즈 소토점 , 북정점, 범어점 다 친절합니다.

Because the rear noise is so bad, I try to leave the car in a class and receive A/S during the free period.
It was a rainy day, so I refused to accept the application itself. I was so upset that I asked the resident if there was any repair guideline saying that Blue Hands does not repair noise on rainy days, and I complained. Beomeo stores, so they received it right away without saying anything.
If I had said that they were busy and honestly said it took a long time, they would have just gone to another place.
Just go somewhere else nearby. Other Blue Hands Soto, Bukjeong, and Beomeo stores in Yangsan are all friendly.
