몇 번 구매하러 가봤는데 친절한 직원분이 계실때도 있고, 그렇지 않은 적도 있습니다. 앞에서 구매하시던 연세가 있으신 어머니께서 여러가지 질문을 하시니 살짝 짜증을 내시던데
줄이 긴것도 아니고 좀더 친절하게 알려드리면 어른들도 좋고, 가게 이미지도 더 좋아질거 같아 많이 아쉬웠습니다.
대부분 친절하게 응대해주시지만 아쉬움이 남을 때도 있어 아쉽습니다.

I've been to shopping a few times, and sometimes the friendly staff is there, sometimes it isn't. My mother, who was older than me, was a little annoyed when she asked me various questions.
The line is not long, and I was very sorry that if I let you know more kindly, adults will like it and the image of the store will be better.
Most of them are friendly, but there are times when I feel sorry for them.
