★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 메기 매운탕을 먹어봤는데 가격이 싸고 맛이 괜찮습니다. 수제비도 같이 넣어서 나옵니다. 매운탕이 고추장찌개의 느낌과 비슷합니다. 붐비는 시간에는 주차가 쉽지 않을 것 같습니다.
 I had a catfish spicy soup and it was cheap and tastes good. Sujebi is also served together. Maeuntang is similar to the red pepper paste soup. Parking is not easy in crowded times.

수제비, 당면, 팽이버섯, 부추 등등 다양한 재료가 들어간 것 같아요
메기에서도 흙내는 안나고 맛있었어요

안동 장가네보다 텁텁함이 더 있네요
갠적으로 깔끔한 맛을 선호하는 편이라 그닥 입니다.
그리고 어죽 주문이 3인이상이라니...개선 필요해보이네요

There is more bitterness than Andong Janggane
In general, I prefer a clean taste, so that's fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 모처럼 봉화를 들렀습니다. 한끼 식사를 해결하기 위해 고민하던 중 일행 중 한 명이 민물매운탕과 어죽국수탕이 일품인 장가네매운탕을 적극 추천하기에 들렀습니다. 우선 장가네매운탕은 도로변에 접해 있고 주차장이 구비되어 있어 방문하기가 편리했습니다.
미리 예약한 메기매운탕과 어죽국수탕이 나오기 전에 밑반찬이 나옵니다. 양파 장아찌, 김치, 미역줄기볶음, 오뎅볶음, 멸치볶음 5가지 반찬이 정갈하게 나옵니다.
잠시 뒤 돌솥밥이 나오고 메기매운탕, 어죽국수탕이 나옵니다. 얼핏 살펴보니 고추장을 풀어 끓인 매운탕에는 수제비와 부추가 담겨져 있어 걸쭉해 보이고 어죽국수탕은 민물고기를 갈아 넣어 살코기는 보이지 않으며 잘 삶겨진 국수면이 보입니다.
돌솥밥을 그릇에 담은 후 숭늉용 누룽지에 물을 붓고 어죽을 국그릇에 담아 면과 함께 국물맛을 봅니다. 면에는 고추장찌개맛이 살짝 깃들여 있어 감칠 맛을 느낍니다. 다음은 메기매운탕을 먹어 봅니다.
메기매운탕을 잘못 끓인 경우에는 메기살에서 나는 특유의 늪뻘 냄새가 날 수 있는데 그 냄새를 완벽하게 잡았으며 고추장맛 탕과 메기살, 수제비가 어루러져 훌륭한 맛을 냅니다. 따끈따끈한 돌솥밥에 메기매운탕이 같이 나오는 장가네매운탕 선택은 탁월한 선택이었습니다.
I stopped by beacon. While trying to solve the meal, one of the group came to recommend Jangane Mae-tang, which is famous for freshwater Maetang and Eukjuksutang. First of all, Zhangjiane Hot Spring is located near the road and there is a parking lot.
The side dishes are served before the pre-booked Catfish Mae-tang and Eukju Noodle Soup. Onion pickles, kimchi, seaweed stir fry, oden stir fry, anchovy stir fry, five side dishes are served.
After a while, Dolsotbap comes out, followed by Catfish Spicy Soup and Eukjuksutang. At first glance, the spicy soup with uncooked red pepper paste is made with sujebi and leek, and it looks thicker. Eojuk noodle soup with freshwater fish shows no lean meat but well-cooked noodles.
Put Dolsot rice in a bowl, pour water into Sungnung Yong Rungyong, and put the porridge in a soup bowl to taste the soup with noodles. Noodles have a taste of red pepper paste stew, so you can taste it. Next, try catfish hot tang.
If you cook boiled catfish hot tang, you can smell the distinctive swampy smell of catfish meat. The smell is perfectly caught, and the red pepper paste soup, catfish meat and sujebi are mixed together to make a great taste. The choice of Jangane Mae-tang with hot melon hot rice and hot catfish is a great choice.
