보통 유명한집 가도 미원이나 조미료 맛이 나는데
여긴 진짜 깔끔하고 순수한 맛입니다
공탕에 든 수육도 맘에 들구요

냉면 김치가 다른게 나와서 좀 신기했습니다
여튼 추천합니다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 곰탕의 맛은 진하다. 그리고 주차장에서 가마솥으로육수를내는 정성이 깃들여져 있는 식당이다.
문제는 인테리어다.
1. 너무다양한 메뉴가 식당내부에 걸려져있어서 이곳이 무엇이 대표 메뉴인지 알수가 없다.
2. 밑반찬이 맛이 떨어지지 않는데 왠지 정성이 없어보인다.
3. 엉덩이를 깔고 앉아야 하는 불편함이 있고
4.화장실이 지져분해 보인다.
산뜻하게 주변을 정리하고 밑반찬을 조금더 먹음직 스럽게 다듬으면
별5개 식당이 될만큼 주 메뉴에 대한
내공은 있다.
주차장은 넓은편이다.
꼭 개선해서 돈 많이 벌으셨으면 합니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이곳에서 육밥(육개장 밥)을 주문해서 먹었습니다.
밖에서 직접 가마솥에 장작을 때서 육수를 우려 국물을 사용해서 깊은 맛이 나며 각종 건더기가 많이 들어가 있어서 든든하고 맛있게 식사했습니다.
밑반찬으로 주시는 깍두기도 맛있습니다.
I ordered yukbap (yukgaejang rice) and ate here.
I made a strong and delicious meal with a lot of ingredients and a deep flavor by using the broth made by boiling the firewood in the cauldron outside.

일단 가마솥은 폼으로 있는 듯. 예전에는 가마솥에서 육수 끓여냈는 지 모르겠지만, 방문했을 때는 가마솥 운영 안하고 있어 좀 의아했음.
곰탕 시켰는데 거의 설렁탕 나왔음. 육수는 거의 공장에서 사골 넣어서 전기압력으로 끓여낸 맛과 유사함. 오래 끓인 육수맛이 없음. 게다가 곰탕에 소면 넣어줌. 완전 설렁탕임.
냉면 역시 평이함. 깊은 양지육수 맛이 나는 지는 잘 모르겠음.
I went there in August after hearing rumors that it was a local restaurant.
First of all, the cauldron seems to be in foam. I don't know if the broth was boiled in a cauldron in the past, but when I visited, I was a little curious as the cauldron was not in operation.
I ordered gomtang, but it was almost seolleongtang. The broth is almost similar in taste to the factory-cooked beef bones and electric pressure. There is no taste of long-cooked broth. In addition, some noodles are added to the gomtang. It's completely sugary.
The cold noodles are also flat. I'm not sure if it tastes like a deep mutton broth.
