★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "유기농 우리밀"을 "천연발효종"으로 발효해 굽는다. 통밀빵을 살짝 구워 먹으면.... 세상 부러울게 없다 ^_^
 "Organic Korean wheat" is fermented with "naturally fermented" and baked. If you bake a little whole wheat bread... there is nothing in the world to envy ^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고집스런 아버지(이종기)로부터 그 성질만 닮은 아들(이흥수)이 계속 재료 선정부터 기법까지를 전수 받아 빵을 굽고~~ 그러다 의도대로 안되면 과감하게 폐기하는. 하여 가끔은 고개를 갸우뚱거리게 하는 괴물스런, 그러나 정감이 가는. 그러기에 가끔이지만 계속 발걸음이 쏠리는 그런 곳이고, 신선하고 누구에게나 권하고 싶은 먹거리를 만들고 연구하는 자세를 배우고 싶은 빵집 이전의 먹거리 집이다. 아쉬운 것은 또다른 것을 찾기 위하여 아들에게 빵굽는 일을 물려주고(?) 돌아서려는 아버지의 모습이며, 또 한긋 박수를 보낸다.
From his stubborn father (Lee Jong-gi), his son (Lee Heung-su), who only resembles his own nature, continues to learn from selection of ingredients to techniques and bake bread. So, sometimes it's a monstrous, but emotional. That's why it's a place where I keep taking my steps sometimes, and it's a food house before a bakery where I want to learn the attitude of making and researching food that is fresh and recommended for everyone. What is regrettable is the appearance of a father who is trying to turn around after giving his son the work of baking (?) to find something else, and he applauds him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 요즘 빵가게가 많지만 단품 아닌 단품갇은 삥집이더군요 효모빵에 맛난 도넛(아몬드 가루로마든 도넛, 커피가루로만든 도넛,)이 절 유혹하더군요 한정으로 몇개만 만들고 판매다하면 일찍 문탇는게 조금은 섭섭했어요
하지만 넘 맛나요
