★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주인 완전 개념상실! 1시간 10분만에 배달왔는데, 치킨도 다 식어 완전 미지근 왈! 원래 다 그렇게 오래 걸린다고 당당하네요. 돈 돌려 줄테니깐 치킨보내라네요. 그리고 배달이 밀리면 업주가 고객에게 소요시간을 먼저 얘기하는게 서비스의 기본이지. 이 사람은 손님이 물어보는게 당연하다네요. 어이가 없어서..
주문은 계속 들어와 튀겨놓고선 배달요금 아까워 몰아 배달시키더군요. 본사는 서비스가 뭔지도 모르는 사람에게 체인을 내줍니까? 한심하다 정말!
Master completely lost! It was delivered in an hour and 10 minutes, but all the chickens cooled down and it's lukewarm I guess it's all too long. I'll give you the money. And if the delivery is delayed, the owner tells the customer how long it takes. It's no wonder this person asks a guest. It's ridiculous.
I kept coming in and ordered them, and they delivered them for a long time. Does HQ give chains to people who don't know what a service is? Feel really pathetic!
