★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물 자체가 이쁘게 지어놓았으며 학생들을 위한 기숙사를 운영중이고 이 기숙사는 창업특화형으로서 창업하는 학생들에게 무료로 운영하는 곳이다. 기숙사는 3층과 4층에 존재하며 1층은 한국장학재단 사무실, 2층은 세미나실과 주방이 있다. 지하에 주차장이 있으며 전기차 충전이 가능하며 부지 면적상 주차장 자리는 적은 편이다 장애인 주차구역 제외 대충 9자리 정도이다.
The building itself is pretty and has a dormitory for students, and this dormitory is a special type of entrepreneurship and is free to run for entrepreneurs. Dormitories are located on the 3rd and 4th floors, with the Korea Scholarship Foundation office on the 1st floor, and a seminar room and kitchen on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot in the basement, electric vehicles can be charged, and there are few parking spots on the site.
