★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People here are unfriendly and not helpful. It seems their only focus is not providing subsidy. I tried to explain my situation, but they just stem what I was saying and kept saying you are not entitled to get subsidy.
It was the second visit and both were disappointing.
I didnt mean to ask the subsidy but discuss and consult.
What a bad day.
