★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우선 별 1점도 아깝네요.
판매처에서 제 주소를 잘못 적었나 보더라구요^^
구입한지 2주가 넘었는데도 택배가 오지 않아서 롯데 택배 본사에 전화했더니 제 택배담당 하시는 분께 전화를 해보시라 하셔서
전화를 드렸어요~
택배원분께서 전화받으시더니 제 택배 있는곳에 전화해보신다고 하시더라구요~
그러시더니 택배영업소가 연락이 안된대요
따로 다른 말씀은 없으셔서 기다리다 답답해서
배송 조회를 해보니까 제 택배가 보관되어있는곳이 여기였어요
그래서 전화를 드렸죠 택배원분 말처럼 처음에는 전화를 안받더라구요
뭔가 싶어서 조금있다가 다시 전화를 해보니
아주머니분께서 전화를 받으셨어요
저는 낯선사람한테는 무조건 친절하게 하는 버릇이 있어서
아주 친절히 말씀을 드렸죠
그런데 아주머니께서 저희집 주소를 물어보시더니 집도 근처인것같은데 너가와서 찾아가라는 소리를 하시고 제가 일중이라 그건 힘들것 같다고 말씀을 드리니 제말 씹고 자기 할말만 하고 전화를 뚝 끊더라구요
설명도 제대로 못들었는데...ㅋㅋ 이런 대우는 처음이라 얼탔어요
근데 악의 있는것과 없는것은 본능적으로 느껴지잖습니까?
딱봐도 제가 여자고 목소리도 언뜻 초등학생 목소리처럼 어리니까
만만하게보고 직장에서의 스트레스를 저한테 푼것같은 악의적인 느낌이 표피로 느껴지더라구요ㅋㅋㅋ
저는 대체로 서비스교육받은 안내원분과 통화를 해봐서 그런지 이런 대우를 처음 받아봐서 어이가 없어서 재다이얼 했더니
그 아주머니가 또 받으시더라구요 그래서 차분히 말씀을 드렸죠.
아주머니 저한테 왜 그러세요..?
저는 아주머니께 처음부터 친절하게 말씀을 드렸었는데
왜 저한테 화를 내시면서 말씀을 하세요 제가 무슨 잘못을 했나요?
라고 말씀을 드렸더니 그냥 귀막고 그럼 니 택배 다시 올려보낸다는
협박같지도 않은 소리를 하시면서 또 막무가내로 끊으셔서
저도 그때 분노가 터졌죠ㅋㅋㅋ
화나서 전화 다시 걸어서는
저보다 나이도 한참 많으신것같은데 왜 말씀을 그렇게 밖에 못하시냐,
제가 처음부터 친절히 말씀드렸지않았냐, 직장에서 스트레스 받는것도 이해하는데 손님한테 스트레스 푸는게 말이 되냐
라고 화냈더니 그때부터 말이 통하더라구요^^
대한민국은 참~~처음부터 좋게말하면 사람 개 만만하게보고
개무시하는데 고삐풀려서 윽박을 지르면 그때부터 말이 통해요ㅋㅋ;
근데 말이 통하는것도 ㅈ같아요ㅋㅋㅋ
그래!!!!!!!나 나이60넘었다 할매다!!,내가 그래서 죄송하다했지 않았냐,
내가 더 뭐 어떻게 해줄까 라고 말하고ㅋㅋㅋ
나 참 가족끼리도 이렇게 통화 안하는데 새로운 세계에 눈을 떴어요~
정말이지 어마무시하네요~~
그건 죄송하고요라며 화내는게 죄송하다는 태도냐고...^^ㅣ발 ..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
(참고로 저는 남이랑 감정소비하면 괴로워하고 힘이들어요.그래서 그냥 무조건 친절하게 대하는 습관이 있어요~ 근데 처음부터 아무런 잘못도 안했는데 시비털리는건 난생 처음이였어요ㅋㅋ)
제가 그래서 다시 되물었죠. 혹시 이런 컴플레인 많이 받으시냐고
그랬더니 그렇대요 자기 말투때문에 이런 지적 많이 듣는대요.
그때 그냥 아..ㅋㅋ그냥 내가 미안하다 해야겠다
이사람은 그냥 말이 안통하는 사람이구나 라고 깨닫고
저도 나이 많으신분께 이러는게 아녔는데 죄송하다.
오늘 저때문에 오늘 일 하시는데 기분 상하지 않으셨음한다
라고 말씀드렸어요.
나중에는 그냥 실소가 나와서 웃었더니 그분은 머쓱했는지 조금 웃더라구요ㅋㅋ 암튼 여기는 그냥 교육따윈없는 ㅈ같은 택배회사예요~
