★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 구 조방낙지 (旧 チョバンナクチ) と言う店名です。
낙지 (ナクチ/たこ) の 볶음(ポックン/炒め物) を食べられる店です。
炒め物と言っても、釜山式の辛口の鍋物です。
予め、ぶつ切りにされたたこを入れた定食もありますが、
生たこのが断然お薦めです。
サイズは、小、中、大と有り、30,000～50,000wonで、
バンチャンが付きます。
二人で行きましたが、中をお薦めされたので頼むと、
生きた、たこが2匹投入されました。
ご飯は、最後に鍋に入れてポックンパ(焼き飯風)にして貰うと、
良いでしょう (1,000won/人)
瓶ビールは、3,000wonでした。
とても美味しかったです。

The name of the store is 구 조방 낙지 (formerly Choban Nakuchi).
This is a restaurant where you can eat 낙지 (noodles).
Even if you say stir-fry, it's a Busan-style dry pot.
There is also a set meal with chopped octopus in advance,
I definitely recommend a raw octopus.
There are small, medium and large sizes, 30,000-50,000 won.
Banchan is attached.
We went there together, but because we were recommended inside,
Two live octopuses were introduced.
Finally, the rice is put in a pot and cooked as a pokkunpa.
Good (1,000won / person)
Bottled beer was 3,000 won.
It was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부산 분들 추천 받아 간 곳입니다. 주변에 동일한 낙지집이 더 있는데 꼭 (구)조방낙지집을 가라고 하더군요. 그래서 다녀왔습니다.
정말 맛있습니다. 양념이 강할 줄 알았는데 전혀 짜거나 맵거나 하지 않고 적절한 균형감 있는 매콤한 맛이 좋았습니다. 다 먹고 나서도 깔끔한 뒷맛이 인상적이었어요. 어떤 분들은 밥을 볶아 먹고 계셨는데 그렇게 먹어도 정말 맛있어 보였어요. 원조 할머님의 내공이 돋보이는 정말 맛있는 음식 잘 먹었습니다. 다음에 부산에 가면 반드시 가야 할 곳으로 찜했습니다.
This place was recommended by Busan people. There are other similar octopus places around, but they told me to go to the (old) Jobang octopus. So I went.
It's really delicious. I thought the seasoning would be strong, but it was not salty or spicy at all, and I liked the spicy and well-balanced taste. Even after eating it, the clean aftertaste was impressive. Some people were eating fried rice, and it looked really delicious to eat that way. I really enjoyed the delicious food that the original grandmother's skill stood out. Next time I go to Busan, it is a must-go place.
